Charrisse Ifill works alongside executives and founders who carry significant vision, responsibility, and complexity—and don’t want to carry it alone. As a trusted Chief of Staff and strategic advisor, she helps leaders find clarity, alignment, and forward momentum without adding more noise to already full plates.
Her work lives at the intersection of strategy, support, and systems. Charrisse brings a steady, thoughtful presence to moments of growth and transition, helping leaders clarify what matters most, build practical structures, and establish rhythms that sustain progress and purpose.
With more than 15 years of experience across education, social impact, and community-based systems, Charrisse is known for her ability to translate complexity into clear priorities and actionable roadmaps. She builds capacity not just through plans, but through partnership, freeing leaders to lead with confidence, strategy, and calm.
As the founder of Your Chief of Staff Global, she partners with mission-driven leaders to turn vision into action while honoring the people and values at the center of the work.
My commitment to this work began long before titles or strategy sessions.
Early in my career, I worked directly with young people—living alongside adjudicated youth, supporting students in foster care, and serving families navigating systems that were fragmented, under-resourced, or misaligned. I saw firsthand how leadership decisions, structures, and priorities—often made far from the people most affected—shaped real outcomes for children and communities.
What became clear to me was this: when systems lack clarity and alignment, the burden falls on those with the least power—young people and families.
Over time, my work moved upstream, supporting the leaders, boards, and institutions responsible for shaping those systems. I learned that strong vision alone is not enough. Leaders need clarity, trusted partnership, and operating structures that translate good intentions into action.
Your Chief of Staff Global exists to bridge that gap.
This work is about helping leaders lead well so the systems they steward actually serve the people they are meant to support. It is about building sustainable impact by translating vision into execution, values into daily practice, and responsibility into results that last.
At its core, this work strengthens how impact moves through organizations—building capacity, coherence, and momentum without burnout or loss of focus on the human lives behind every decision.
My commitment is fueled both by my professional journey and by my role as a mother of three. It keeps me grounded in what’s at stake and focused on building leadership capacity, systems, and collaborative approaches that create better futures for children, families, and communities.
